Intern Spotlight: Jack Macur
This summer, Home and Community Options had the pleasure of welcoming Jack Macur to the Communications Team as part of his college internship—and what a difference he’s made. Jack is currently pursuing a degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Mass Communications at Winona State University. Though his academic path brought him to this internship, Jack’s connection to HCO began well before his time in the Central Office. In 2022, he started working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), a role he quickly grew passionate about—and one in which he continues to support individuals today. Originally from Mukwonago, a small town in southeast Wisconsin, Jack moved to Winona after high school to attend WSU.
