Home and Community Options is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded in August of 1975, originally under the name of Group Homes of Winona. Our team of dedicated professional staff work closely together with committed board members in overseeing the operations of our agency while providing quality services that match the needs and preferences of individuals we serve.
Our fundamental goals are to provide quality services that maximize the independence of those we serve, to support individuals as they live happy and productive lives close to family and friends, and to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities within the local community.
