- What is your name? My name is Ebony.
- Where do you live? How long have you lived there? I live at the 1055 program. I have lived here since January of 2024.
- How has your transition into living with new people been? It’s going great, I really like my new roommates and staff.
- Do you enjoy spending time with your roommates? Yes! I like to go on walks with them.
- Where do you work? I have worked at St. Mary’s for a couple years now. I work every day of the week besides Saturdays. In July I celebrated my 5 year anniversary in the workforce.
- What do you like to do on your free time? I enjoy watching movies, painting, cooking and shopping in LaCrosse.
- What do you enjoy watching? I love watching movies on Disney, Hulu and Netflix.
- Do you have a favorite band/song? I love all songs by Katy Perry.
- What is your favorite meal? I really love fried chicken, salad and especially sweets.
- Where do you like to go out to eat? I like to go to Red Lobster and Buffalo Wild Wings!
- Do you like to exercise? Yes, I go to the YMCA. I enjoy lifting weights and going on the treadmill. I also really like going for walks around the lake.
- What is your favorite holiday? I love Halloween because I get to dress up.
- What is your favorite season? I like Winter because I get to make snowmen. I also like summer because I get to be outside, go on walks and go to the farmer’s market.
- Tell us about growing up. I was born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin but I grew up in St. Charles with my grandma!
- Do you have any goals for the future? I want to continue working hard at my job and I hope to sign up for Special Olympics.
- What do you like about HCO? I really like my roommates and my new house.
