New Cohort Attended Viterbo Servant Leadership Training
Six HCO staff members recently participated in Viterbo University’s 2024 Conference on Servant Leadership, held on June 27th and 28th. The event, featuring renowned speakers from across the nation, provided attendees with invaluable insights into the practical application of servant leadership in diverse contexts.
The conference highlighted how servant leadership principles can profoundly impact individuals’ lives, emphasizing a philosophy that prioritizes the needs of consumers, employees, and communities alike.
HCO’s own Servant Leadership Program, known as “Living with Purpose,” continues to make significant strides. By fostering awareness among our peers regarding the importance of purpose-driven living and its far-reaching benefits, we aspire to cultivate a culture of purpose within the Winona community. This cultural shift promises lasting positive impacts, not only for our organization but also for our neighbors and the key industries that support our local community.
Through our commitment to nurturing future leaders equipped with essential qualities such as resiliency, empathy, stewardship, and empowerment, we aim to inspire community members to pursue careers that contribute to the long-term well-being of our area. By doing so, we envision a strengthened community fabric characterized by enhanced health, well-being, and shared values for years to come.
