Congratulations to Ross Horstman for being acknowledged as the 2019 Iverson Court Tenant of the Year! Ross’ time at Iverson has helped him grow tremendously. He often spends time in the community room in the evenings, engaging with building management and fellow tenants alike. If someone ever has a bad day, Ross has a way of lifting up their spirit and making them laugh. His incredible sense of humor, knowledge of a wide variety of subject areas, delicious baked treats, and genuine interest in family history, are things he is always willing to share with others.
When Ross wanted to increase his knowledge, he worked to secure a new job based on his education and studies at the technical college. Ross’ desire to be as independent as possible is demonstrated by his strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to make connections with other tenants, and the confidence to speak from the heart with building staff on a variety of issues.
An exceptional tenant in 2019, Ross routinely kept his apartment clean without assistance, followed lease rules, met with Iverson Court management to complete necessary paperwork, and utilized support staff routinely when needed. Congratulations, Ross, on being named Iverson Court’s 2019 Tenant of the Year!
